1. Applies to subscription packages only
2. Maximum of one claim per 12 month period (we don’t think you will need it!)
3. Claim can only be made after reasonable attempts (minimum five sessions of feedback)
have been made to edit the video to meet the original client brief.
4. Claim to be made in writing, citing full project name and reason for dissatisfaction.
5. Claim must be made BEFORE final Master is delivered.
6. Any video on which a claim is made will not be delivered in Master form.
