• Maximum of one claim per 12 month period (we don’t think you will need it!)
 • Claim can only be made after reasonable attempts (minimum five sessions of
feedback) have been made to edit the video to meet the original client brief.
 • Claim to be made in writing, citing full project name and reason for dissatisfaction.
 • Claim must be made BEFORE final Master is delivered.
 • Any video on which a claim is made will not be delivered in Master form.Â
